Refund Policy

When will I receive my refund?
Once your order is received by our Returns department you will receive an email to let you know that a refund has been processed for the returned items. This email will include the amount of the refund for your records.

After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks (up to 30 days or more for international orders) for us to receive and process your return.

If you’re receiving a refund after we have received your item, it may take an additional 10 – 14 business days for your bank/card issuer to disburse the funds back into your account.

Do You Offer Free Shipping?
We only offer FREE US Shipping. For international delivery, there is a shipping charge.

US Delivery: You will receive your order in the next 5 – 7 business days.

International Delivery: You will receive your order in the next 20 – 30 business days, subject to local customs.

Depending on your situation, one may fit the bill nicely for you. When you’re ready, add the product to your cart. Checking out is as simple and pain-free as we could possibly make it.

What is the status of my order?
Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an email on your purchase. Once our team at the warehouse has processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you.

International delivery will take 20-30 business days, subject to local custom clearance.

You can avoid order delays by making sure to provide us with your correct billing and shipping address. The most common reasons for order delays are failing to enter the billing address on file with your credit card company.

Can I remove a saved payment method?
